Theta Chi is dedicated to serving the community. Theta Chi’s moto is to extend the helping hand and every member of Theta Chi works their best in order to achieve that goal.

Each member of Theta Chi is required to complete 10 hours of community service per semester in order to remain in good standings with Theta Chi. Even though each member is required 10 hours, each member is encouraged to do as much as they can throughout the semester.

The philanthropy chair makes sure that each member completes the required 10 hours but usually members of Theta Chi complete more than the required 10 hours. The philanthropy chair also informs the members of Theta Chi about each event that other fraternities or sororities are hosting on campus.

The philanthropy chair does this in order to make sure that every fraternity and sorority knows that they can also find help in Theta Chi. Theta Chi is extremely dedicated to serving the community in whatever way possible.

For questions please feel free to contact the current philanthropy chair at or the executive board of the fraternity at
